Still been on a big hip-hop kick.  Was listening to Czarface Meets Ghostface yesterday.  It's a really good album with some great beats and clever lines, but I don't think it quite reaches the highs of previous efforts.  I'm still holding out for the next Czarface "solo" album, aka the Czarface group with no special guests.

 

 

 

I was revisiting some Death while looking for songs to do for my next transcription project.  Was kind of skimming through Symbolic and forgot how good "Misanthrope" is.  A couple time signature changes that are interesting, and just great riffing.  For anyone not typically into Death Metal who can appreciate complex music, this specific song might not wet your whistle, but the entire Symbolic album is a musical journey.
