Honestly I've painted nerf guns and added to them for steampunk gear, so props for cosplay/LARP/all the things like that. It works. Especially for some of my friends who have the mad painting skills from painting DnD or other tabletop figures. Here's a gun I did for a steampunk look I did. First photo is the painting and adding the two tubes. The 2nd here we added little LED lights that would light the gun up when I pulled the trigger, then added the 3rd little tube in the back, the water. The front was gonna have a needle so that it looked like an injection gun. I was going for a mad scientist apothecary type look.

Yeah, I was pleasantly surprised by it and really want to see a sequel. Movie had some pacing and tone issues, but you can tell the people working on it actually gave a shit and wanted it to do well. Changes from the original story were understandable, and as much as Hardy's version of Brock is a bit of a departure from the character (less so with how he is now in the comics I guess), I really liked how he played him regardless of the fact.

Ye. Had birthdays for Jovanna, my uncle, and me. Got some gift cards for Amazon and money, into the Spider-verse 4K, Strange Beasts 2 4K, Doctor Strange, and a box for my sprinkler controller so I can properly mount it outside. Aunt and uncle also got us an AMC gift card and one for Darden restaurants (Olive garden and other places). Plus the offer of babysitting when we go.
