Wait, is Bloodsport 2 happening this year?!

This is funny to read from Mox and bomb just because it's such a stark contrast to the manga-readers' dominating opinion. A lot of people didn't like Taiju and Yuzuriha as much and find the series doesn't start getting it's footing until Senku goes to the village. I was always sort of in between. I actually love Taiju and dig Yuzuriha, but I still think the story and characters get better once he gets to the village. Still haven't caught up from episode 5, but I'm looking forward to binging the first chunk of this arc hopefully tomorrow. EDIT: Can I also say it's nice to be able to read all your comments without worry of spoilers even though I'm behind on the anime? Because it's nice.

I was actually a bit unimpressed? Which is a shame, because I had been waiting for this since it was announced. Complaints aside, I did enjoy this, and the more I reflect on it, I think I was just caught off guard by the slight character changes and the uber crisp animation. With another watch, I could see myself appreciating it, but I think the majority of my complaints just come down to Jhonen being a bit rusty and less familiar with his original character concepts. If there's any sort of continuation, I'm still in. Really, though, I'm hoping that the Squee! short film that he talked about however many years back comes to fruition. I'd love to see what he could do when he doesn't have to cater to children.

This is almost the exact opposite of me. I'll skip a match I have no real interest in seeing, but always tune-in to the post-match brawls. I still tune into RAW and SD weekly. I usually watch RAW in the background while doing something else(though it's been grabbing my attention more) and SmackDown while I'm at work. Unless WWE takes a serious plunge in quality or talent, this'll probably never change. I usually watch NXT weekly, but recently I've tried to wait until my girlfriend is ready to watch with me. That has turned into trying to cram almost an entire build for a Takeover the week leading up to it. I usually try to keep up with NJPW, but I don't really bother with the Road-To shows unless there's a match I really want to see. I don't really follow anything else these days other than AEW. Just not enough time in my life between work, school, and all my other hobbies.

Trust me. You don't want it. I don't know about you, but I gave up on the X series when they introduced Axl. Mega Man in general and MGS are good runners up, but it'll always be Final Fantasy for me. Even with the games I don't like, the first 12(excluding XI) have provided me with so many hours of memories that I don't think much of anything else even comes close. If it weren't for FF, I don't think I'd have ever got as hardcore into JRPG's as I have.

Eh, if they don't change the booking and general presentation formula, I'm fine with it. My only concern would be whether the 2 hours oversaturates the product. They have enough talent to fill it, but I think part of the charm of NXT is not knowing who will actually be there week to week. It also allows for more time to build and hype. As usual, I will be cautiously optimistic until given reason otherwise.

I usually have nothing to say if it isn't about video games or anime.

How many title changes? Does Ember or Bayley turn heel? Does Randy say, "Stupid, stupid!"? Interference in KO/Shane? Over/Under match duration for Goldberg/Ziggler? Apron Powerbomb: Y/N? Do Charlotte and Trish hug after the match? Just some things I could think of.

Yeah, I meant both NJPW and it's heavyweight division. But admittedly, his debut in New Japan was my first time seeing him. Other than some old Noah and classic AJPW, I haven't really watched much else Japanese wrestling. Except for FMW, of course. Everyone has to watch some FMW.

I still just haven't had the interest to play XIII after watching my friend play half of it. I think the complaints about plot explained through menus is tied to the fact that previous FFs told most of it's story through cutscenes and dialogue. But for me, it's the blatant linearity and kinda lackluster characters that kill this game for me. I like my exploration, and I do actually like looking for the stuff on my own until I can't find it. Maybe one day I'll give the game a fair shake, but I have so many other games I actually want to play that it'll probably never happen.

Already on the list. I almost bought it on the Switch when it first came out, but after hearing about all the bugs, I decided to hold off a bit and then I'll get the PS4 version.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night: Damn, this is a fun game. One I had always played for like 30 minutes in a swath of games I downloaded for emulator, and then never came back to until I restarted for another 30. Started playing a bit last week, and now I'm currently just above 100%. Pretty sure I found everything in the first castle, but I may have missed like ONE thing. Some of the combat in this game is ridiculous, but unlike previous Castlevania, this is the first one where it feels like you have a number of ways to approach an encounter. Some of the secrets are just really satisfying. Trials of Mana(Collection of Mana): a big improvement over Secret of Mana. Soundtrack is absolutely infectious. Graphics are pretty expressive well-honed. Kind of feels like the main inspiration for the story framing of Octopath Traveler. I've been going through it with a friend, and the co-op really pushes the game forward as far as having endless fun. Some of the dialogue is garbage, specifically in the way some characters have speech quirks(like a little girl who's a white mage and replaces EVERY SINGLE R WITH W'S). But the general story arc is just interesting enough to give you reason to see it through, even if at this point it seems to be lacking depth. And still playing Minecraft, of course. I'm currently trying to find each edge of the world while she's building a wall around the village by our house.

I don't know what gives you the idea Scenario B would ever happen. Scenario A felt like such a lock, too...
