Finally got around to seeing Nope. I really liked it. Definitely better than Us, but I didn't like it nearly as much as Get Out. The sound design in this movie is INCREDIBLE.

Glass Onion I didn't like it as much as Knives Out, but the characters made it a fun movie.

First episode came out this Monday, it's up on Hulu in the US, and DIsney+ other places. It felt real good to watch, I remember loving Bleach back before the anime went off the rails and I lost interest. Everything up to the end of the Aizen stuff, at least. It's been so long since i've seen anything Bleach related I had a hard time remembering all the characters and terms, but seeing characters I loved back in the first episode brought a smile to my face. Has a pretty dope ending theme, too. When you hear the first beats of Number One

The physics in this game are so off from every other Mario game, it threw me off the whole time.

Still wish anyone else but Chris Pratt would voice Mario, but this does look quite good.

Definitely felt like an epic game. Felt like they may not have had enough story for two more games, so they made a game and a half, and it took me close to 24 hours to beat, all told. That's with very little side quests done, too (I don't think I did more than 3). The final boss battle ranks up there with the best/most epic I've ever played, and I think it may have knocked Wind Waker's final battle down a notch. Curious to see where they go from here, without spoiling anything.

What a long ass movie, I didn't realize it was gonna be near 3 hours long. Felt like it, too. Will type out more thorough thoughts in the morning.

I know I read the final arc, but I honestly remember none of it. I don't even know how long ago it came out. Doesn't help that there's over a dozen characters to remember/re-learn BEFORE the Quincies.

As with anything like this it's hard to get too excited, but this shows promise for sure.

That Quincy became very Resident Evil-esque by the end there, that was freaky af

I'm tempted to re-read through some (maybe all) of the manga, but that seems like a lot to read, lol.

Harrison Ford to take over role of General Ross

That ending was not what I expected, but I loved it! That 70s Hulk show intro was top notch. Her breaking out of her show entirely, to meet with Kevin, who turned out to be a GLaDOS style robot (complete with hat!). Her asking about the X-Men and for more Daredevil? That seemingly random drop of Skaar out of the blue? So much good shit! My only real complaint about the ending is that asshole Josh didn't get what was coming to him. Are they making a Planet Hulk movie at some point? Overall I enjoyed the show, didn't love every bit of it, but I'll be damned if they didn't nail that ending.
