Cause it could be fun. The style of Watchmen alone is worth utilising, and if they didn't use the Watchmen brand but lifted the style it would just get accused of copying. It's a circular argument.

Why? The source material doesn't delve into a lot of the past, it's just sort of "the Minutemen existed and then the Watchmen did". Whether it's prequel, sequel or tangential stories there is a shit ton they can do without ever touching the comics.

I'm still interested, but confused.

Well essentially, web's Mom is basic af.... I actually have four names, as does my sister. My Dad and his Dad and I dunno after that... all had the same three names. My Mum and her Mum and so on all had the same three names... So they wanted to continue that tradition but also give us our own names. I'm Christopher for... fuck knows why. And my sister also begins with a C but they decided to spell it SLIGHTLY different so she has spent her entire life correcting folk.

What random cool shit you ever found cheap in yard sales / thrift stores? Have you ever flipped items (bought cheap with the sole intention of selling for profit)? If so, what and how much? Do you consider flipping immoral? Any other interesting chat/YouTube channels/etc? I'd recommend LGR Thrifts (a playlist on the Lazy Game Reviews YouTube channel). Dude goes through various Goodwills finding interesting old games and software for his collections. Love dat shit.
