Apparently there was an older book out in the States with a similar name (Say Hi to A Hedgehog or something), so the publisher had to go with a different one over there. There are a couple of other minor changes to the text too (e.g. over here the hedgehog has to weigh the same as a football before hibernating, in the US text it's a basketball) but I got to check it over before it went ahead. One positive thing - the US version has a dustjacket on the cover, with an author bio on the flap and everything. (*cough* it should also now - or soon - have a silver seal on it, because it won a Ezra Jack Keats Illustrator Honor recently ?) 1. Hi! 2. That's awesome, thank you! I'm so genuinely stoked that he likes it. I heard a little boy in a waiting room the other day randomly talking about slugs and it put me in mind of Betty telling me that Milo went through saying which bugs were nice and which ones were mean. ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? I missed you and your sunshineyness! Amazon purchase is way better than no purchase - and positive Amazon review is mega helpful*. Really hope Luna likes it too - never too early for books! *(for those who don't know, algorithms mean that the more ratings a book gets on Amazon - even if you haven't bought it there - the more likely it is to come up in search results and stuff. So even if you don't want to buy the book, please give it a nice rating and a "I love hedgehogs" comment or something Thanks to all of you who have done so far )

I'm usually pretty close to the middle of I/E too I think (though I'd definitely judge myself to be more introvert, especially if one counts social anxiety as a contributing factor). We must just be slightly opposite sides of the middle point, haha. I can definitely see this kind of fluid, intuitive way of thinking in both of us!

Oh, really? I always thought ISFJ rang true of you, but I guess there's gonna be a fair bit of overlap between the types. I must have taken various forms of these tests loads of time (I have a weakness for personality analysis stuff...) and have gotten INFP every single time, apart from one time I got ENFP - but I think the Introvert-leading questions in that one were basically "do you loathe people and live in a deep dark cave you only emerge from once a year" so if you were more in the middle then it ended up a bit skewed. For those of us who are on the Introvert side, I really like this site: https://introvertdear.com/ It's got a lot of interesting thinkpieces and POVs about the introverted MBTI types, among other things.

Aww, an Airedale? Or one of those other smaller ones that looks like an Airedale?

Helloooo! Gah!! That's too wonderful. Hearing about kids liking the book is the best.

I'm having trouble finding one for me, too... mostly because most of the results that come up are related to the recent meme... But I like The Good Place so I liked this: Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp are planning a “Florida Man Night”

You like drawing though, right? So there's creativity in there.

I'm a children's book illustrator! Seems to fit the INFP description pretty well I guess.
