Yeah, I plan on tackling the DLC soon I was just so fucking done with the game after chapter 6 even though I've heard great things about the DLC before. The credits rolled and I closed that shit and looked at the icon on my desktop like "how fucking dare you" Game is all "try Nightmare mode to get all the manuscript pages!" how about fuck yourself, I have Google.

Alan Wake The sequel announcement made me realize I'd never actually gotten around to playing this game... so I bought it during the steam holiday sale, forgot about it for a few weeks, and then played the whole thing (minus DLC) yesterday. I realize there is a remastered version out there, but the original was like 7 bucks and I still don't have an Epic games account because I'm petty and am putting it off as long as I possibly can (but I guess I gotta when 2 comes out.) It was mostly fun, felt like the big ass love letter to Stephen King works that I'd always heard it was. Frustratingly bad controls and combat though, holy shit. I would rather get punched in the chest than replay the last chapter ever again. I'd rather add another week to my period. I'd rather fall down a small set of stairs. I'd rather jam a couple of toes. Point is, it was a terrible slog and it made me mad. Rest of the game was reasonably fun though!

OH MY GOD today is a day of rediscovery because Bisque-doll/Dress up darling whatever it's called is a series I read like 30 or so chapters of before there was some interruption to my schedule, I don't remember what, and then it just fell out of my mind and i'd sometimes vaguely remember that there was a series I wanted to pick back up but my mind wouldn't give me any details AND I READ THE DESCRIPTION AND IT HIT ME LIKE A TRUCK YES I'M SO FUCKING PUMPED I'M GOING IN FOR EP ONE AND THEN I'M PICKING THE MANGA BACK UP YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS ahem Aside from that--- Lee and I are excited for SnK! That's one of the few things I've convinced him to watch the sub of so we can keep current so we'll be picking that back up as our thing to watch together! Despite my warnings to others I've been somewhat keeping up with Platinum End just because I want to see how some things are handled and it has remained spectacularly bad so bravo to that, I guess I'll keep torturing myself I've not yet watched any Ousama Ranking but have had it recommended to me so much that I'm likely going to give it a go now Obvs I'm watching Demon Slayer I AM GOING TO PISS AND SHIT AND CRY BLOOD AND TEARS WHEN THE FRUITS BASKET MOVIE COMES OUT GIMME GIMME GIMME Nothing has really grabbed my attention from blurbs and stuff so I guess I'll wait it out a bit and see if I hear any buzz that makes me want to pick anything else up.
