Vol 34/297-306 Christ, Miura took a volume off on the storyline and just decided to flex on the rest of humanity with his art x_x

- I liked using backstage WWE stuff with Jericho and Moxley, even though I kinda hate how WWE that segment was - They let MJF talk - Butcher and Blade was nerdy as fuck last week, slightly less this week. I like The Butcher's look - I dig the corny-ass Dark Order recruitment shit, but they need a Raven or a Bray Wyatt or someone of that ilk with the charisma to be a leader - Having PNP yelling about being THE BEST THE BEST THE BEST and then cutting to Excalibur going "PNP don't know what they've got themselves into" and it's the Young Bucks was completely backwards. PNP should be the scary ass street fucks and the Bucks should be the skinny nerds that you worry might get killed but they figure out a way to get out of it.

Ascension would probably do fine in some Japanese organization. Hunico might be useful in lucha, WWE made him a bigger star than he was otherwise going to be. Brodie Fucking Lee has the world at his feet.

NXT was solid but skippable as usual.

That was a solid-ass wrestling episode of Dynamite. Really dug the Cody promo, wish there was more promo stuff like that. You can tell they're sort of searching around to see what they've got for potential star power.

Poochy and Yoshi's Woolly World Was chill, I really liked some of the level gimmicks but they didn't really revisit too many of them so it also felt like each level had something interesting going for it. Liked it better than mainline Yoshi games because no Baby Mario and no percentages so I didn't have to bother with beating every level without getting hit or get got-mad because of my OCD. Except for the Boss Rush and the final secret level, which I didn't bother with, I otherwise got all the sunflowers, stamps and wool Yoshis.

Low-key the best part of this tag league has been KENTA's after-match promos. He has a spicy relationship going on with the camera, pretends that Ishii/TOMO and Goto/HIRO are boyband members, gets them confused because TOMO and HIRO still spells out Ishii's name, brings up their twitter beef but corrects himself when he pronounces twitter the Japanese way ("Tweet-er AH, I mean Twih-ter") and then ends every promo by making fun of how ugly Yoshi-Hashi is. We're currently in the phase where KENTA got jealous of camera-kun because he was talking to Yujiro alone (Kenta at the time was getting his ass beat by Goto), and now camera-kun's asking about KENTA hanging around Pieter all the time.

I'm acks interested in this AOP storyline. Seth being a nerdy prick and the AOP acting like The Shield did for CM Punk. If it's me...

I liked parts of the opening bit, the Moxley promo and parts of the main event, but yeah. Forgettable at times, at other times bad. NXT definitely had the stronger show this week (even with that weird injury sub). Apparently Vince wanted to strap the rocket to Adam Cole and push him to the moon, but Keith Lee got to him first
